Backend Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior Kotlin Backend Developer in collaboration with a Brazilian digital bank

• Design and sustain backend solutions utilizing Kotlin or Java

• Utilize technologies such as Spring, Redis, MongoDB, Postgres, and AWS (SQS, S3)

• Execute unit testing

• Engage with the team, exchange knowledge, and offer mentorship

• Suggest ongoing enhancements and optimizations

• Comprehend the implications of decisions on architecture and business outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java

• Familiarity with Spring framework

• Understanding of Redis

• Knowledge of MongoDB

• Acquainted with Postgres

• Experience with AWS, particularly SQS and S3

• Background in unit testing

• Docker experience (preferred)

• Apigee knowledge (preferred)

• JavaScript skills (preferred)

• Strong communication abilities

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Capable of critical thinking

• Sense of accountability

• Systems thinking proficiency

• Experience in mentoring and collaboration
