Backend Developer, C# – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and improve backend services and APIs utilizing C# and .NET within an advanced microservice architecture.

• Design and implement contemporary REST interfaces.

• Work with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.

• Actively oversee the production operation of your services throughout the entire software lifecycle.

• Analyze and sustainably address bugs, performance challenges, and technical debt.

• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA, UX, product management, and other development teams.

• Contribute to technical decision-making and the ongoing modernization of our products.

• Have the opportunity to influence the development of new AI tools and AI-enhanced product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in C# and .NET development.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented software development and ASP.NET Core.

• Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs.

• Proficient in managing relational databases.

• Familiarity with Clean Code principles, automated tests, and maintainable software architectures.

• Ideally, experience with Docker, CI/CD, RabbitMQ, or microservice architectures.

• Willingness to embrace new technologies and modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools.

• Independent, solution-oriented, and team-oriented working approach.

• Excellent German language skills at a minimum C1 level, along with solid English skills.
