Back-End Developer, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create scalable RESTful APIs utilizing Node.js, TypeScript, and TS.ED;

• Implement integrations with MongoDB databases;

• Design data models, schemas, and optimize queries to enhance MongoDB performance;

• Utilize AWS services and resources such as S3, ECS, Lambda, etc.;

• Ensure security, performance, and data integrity;

• Develop and uphold automated testing for the services created;

• Engage in technical discussions regarding backend architecture and infrastructure;

• Construct and maintain services while prioritizing code clarity and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in back-end development;

• Proficient in building APIs with Node.js and TypeScript;

• Skilled in data modeling and creating database indexes;

• Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB;

• Understanding of SOLID principles, Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Code, and automated testing;

• Knowledge of backend architecture and infrastructure;

• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git;

• Awareness of API security best practices including validation, authentication, and rate limiting;

• Knowledge of REST architecture and principles of API design;

• Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit;
