Back-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design, development, and maintenance of scalable server-side applications, APIs, and databases.

• Work in conjunction with front-end developers, product managers, and other engineers to create secure, reliable, and efficient solutions.

• Adhere to best practices in software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, Software Engineer, or in a comparable role.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong expertise in one or more back-end programming languages, including Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, Go, or Ruby.

• Background in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

• In-depth knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, or similar.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Agile development practices.

• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, security best practices, and API performance enhancement.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or other DevOps tools is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
