📋 Description

• Conduct research on change management strategies for AI applications in various industries.

• Create a procedural model for participatory change management that involves collaboration between providers and clients, along with conducting practitioner interviews.

• Transform the procedural model into a comprehensive method toolkit for participatory change management.

• Validate the findings in collaboration with industry partners, including Henkel.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are enrolled in a program related to (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, business administration, or a comparable discipline.

• You possess excellent proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written.

• You exhibit a self-directed, dedicated, meticulous, and goal-oriented approach to your work.

• You are adept in the use of standard MS Office applications.
