B2C Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manage B2C sales calls and engage with warm leads

• Suggest cleaning packages tailored to customer requirements

• Maintain CRM records and conduct follow-ups with prospects

• Strive to meet and surpass monthly booking targets

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2C or direct sales with proven success

• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken

• Capable of working independently in a remote environment

• Strong interpersonal and analytical problem-solving abilities

• Resilient, maintaining composure when facing rejection

• Proven track record in achieving sales goals via phone

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experienced in using CRM systems for lead tracking and client management

• Must have a reliable laptop or desktop with a minimum internet speed of 20mbps
