This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for personal revenue and consistently achieving targets
• Identify and engage new partners while developing innovative methods for partner recruitment
• Strategically enhance current partnerships
• Collaborate with management to create and execute sales strategies
• Work in close partnership with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to meet objectives
• Examine market trends to uncover new business prospects
• Independently oversee projects and actively participate in trade shows and events
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within partner or B2C sectors
• Exceptional sales abilities with a track record of closing deals
• Strategic mindset combined with a proactive approach
• Outstanding communication and networking capabilities
• Analytical thinker with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong desire to learn and high self-motivation
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
• Solution-oriented, data-driven work setting

• Strong sense of team spirit
• Ownership from the very first day
