• Identify and seek out new business opportunities within the UK market.
• Conduct research and engage with potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Comprehend clients’ operational, communication, and digital transformation requirements.
• Clearly present Letshare’s solutions and align them with each client’s unique business challenges.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Spot partnership opportunities that contribute to Letshare’s business expansion in the UK.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, pipeline development, client feedback, and market insights.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure that client expectations are accurately understood and communicated.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through professional relationship management and effective communication.
• Consistently meet or surpass established sales targets.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or B2B commercial roles.
• Strong background in selling to companies within the UK market.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
• Experience in selling SaaS, software, digital solutions, IT services, operational tools, or technology products is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, operations, internal communication, digital transformation, or process improvement solutions is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently, manage your own sales pipeline, and maintain motivation in a commission-driven environment.
