This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• You will identify new business opportunities and proactively cultivate B2B customer relationships within the digital landscape.
• You will engage in sales discussions—via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings—and persuade companies to choose our digital products and services.
• You will assess customer needs, create customized proposals, and oversee the entire sales process—from initial contact to contract signing and campaign execution.
• You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to incorporate market insights and enhance sales performance.
• You will document your activities in the CRM system and autonomously monitor and accomplish your sales objectives.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital or technology setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a confident demeanor.
• A self-directed, goal-oriented work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A technical understanding and a keen interest in digital solutions.
• Proficient written and spoken German; English language skills are a plus.
