This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and maintain enduring relationships with key clients in the QSR and HoReCa sectors.
• Oversee and enhance current accounts, ensuring customer loyalty and growth.
• Assess customer requirements and propose customized foodservice solutions and equipment.
• Actively promote utensils, components, and equipment to avoid operational interruptions.
• Discover and acquire new clients by utilizing market insights and industry expertise.
• Direct sales negotiations, finalize contracts, and consistently meet established targets.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in: QSR / HoReCa / Gastronomy or technical installations.
• Previous experience in QSR field operations and/or training is advantageous.
• Proven history in account development and managing long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Capability to comprehend and articulate technical specifications of equipment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel frequently (~50%).
• Valid Category B driving license.
• University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) is an advantage.
