This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Generate precise quotes and verify project specifics, ensuring our technical and production teams have all necessary information to execute seamlessly.
• Maintain an organized CRM by updating leads, opportunities, and tasks, allowing the entire sales team to remain aligned.
• Work alongside marketing to convert campaign leads into genuine sales discussions.
• Assist Account Representatives by providing current customer information, product resources, and follow-up actions that advance deals.
• Foster strong relationships with key accounts through regular check-ins and account updates.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of inside sales experience, ideally in B2B or technical sectors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities — confident, outgoing, and persuasive.
• Highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to customer follow-up.
• Outstanding written English skills with a keen eye for detail in all forms of communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred), Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and product knowledge efficiently.
