This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identification and acquisition of corporate clients for our workation, offsites, retreats, events, and membership offerings.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships as well as negotiating contracts.
• Data-driven utilization, optimization, and management of the CRM system.
• Building and developing a sales team, including the recruitment and training of staff.
• Identifying and acquiring B2B clients in the corporate sector.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to unlock new business opportunities.
• Establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Creating and presenting tailored proposals and solutions for potential clients.
• Tracking sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record in acquiring corporate clients and closing contracts.
• Excellent skills in building and maintaining customer relationships as well as negotiating contracts.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their effective use in sales management.
• Experience in building and developing sales teams, including recruitment and training of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of succeeding in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently plan and execute sales activities.
• Completed studies or comparable training focused on sales, marketing, or business management.
• Fluent in German and English.
