This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Oversee outbound sales outreach and engage with prospects effectively.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships through proactive communication and diligent account management.
• Assist in lead generation and support the sales pipeline by employing structured sales methodologies.
• Organize client follow-ups, meetings, and various sales administrative tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entirety of the client lifecycle.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and track sales activities using Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Work closely with internal sales and customer success teams to guarantee seamless client experiences.
• Manage multiple priorities and client accounts in a fast-paced, global sales environment.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives within the renewable energy sector.
• 2 - 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a comparable sales/client-facing position.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy, sustainability, clean tech, or energy sectors.
• Proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) is mandatory.
• Strong skills in client management and customer service.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and account management.
• Adept at using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a structured remote environment.
