B2B Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Perform high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach aimed at B2B tech and SaaS buyers.

• Make 80–120+ calls daily, engaging with decision-makers including founders, directors, and C-level executives.

• Identify and assess prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and SaaS-specific challenges.

• Arrange product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives.

• Articulate technical and SaaS value propositions in a clear and engaging manner.

• Keep precise records of all sales activities within CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Continuously test and refine outreach messaging to enhance conversion rates in competitive SaaS markets.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, targeting, and pipeline strategies.

• Regularly achieve or surpass KPIs, including call volume, meetings scheduled, and pipeline contribution.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital services sectors.

• Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound sales, making 80+ calls per day in a B2B context.

• Strong skills in cold calling, objection handling, and closing meetings within complex sales cycles.

• Experience in selling or supporting SaaS products, software solutions, or technical services.

• Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for business stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT.

• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and adept at operating in a target-driven SaaS sales environment.
