This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Perform high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling.

• Investigate and identify key stakeholders within target organizations to establish a strong sales pipeline.

• Assess leads through in-depth discovery calls to confirm a solid alignment with the company’s offerings.

• Oversee and ensure accurate data management within the CRM to monitor progress and enhance the sales process.

• Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and create territory strategies.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation position within the SaaS or Technology industry.

• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Proficiency in modern sales technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for building rapport swiftly.

• Strong organizational capabilities and the self-discipline to handle a high-volume workload independently.

• A resilient, "owner" mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
