This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Conduct research to pinpoint high-potential prospects that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Implement extensive outbound prospecting utilizing a strategic blend of cold calls, email sequences, and social selling techniques.
• Assess inbound leads and evaluate potential opportunities to ensure compatibility with the sales team.
• Oversee and maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, accurately documenting all interactions.
• Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Become well-versed in the product's value proposition to effectively address objections and communicate ROI to key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in a B2B sales or business development position.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with an emphasis on persuasion.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle a high volume of daily tasks.
• Resilience and a positive mindset when dealing with rejection and overcoming challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously while still being a cooperative team player.
• Proficiency in CRM software and contemporary sales engagement tools.
• Previous experience in the SaaS or broader technology sector.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot).
• A history of achieving or surpassing performance quotas in a dynamic environment.
