This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct extensive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Engage with and qualify B2B leads, pinpointing decision-makers and their business requirements.
• Propel sales discussions with a strong emphasis on closing opportunities.
• Confidently handle objections and effectively position solutions.
• Schedule and/or finalize meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain precise records within CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance outreach strategies and messaging.
• Consistently achieve and surpass KPIs and revenue goals.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or closing roles.
• Demonstrated success as a strong closer or deal influencer.
• Experience in outbound sales, with cold calling being essential.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• Experience in selling SaaS, digital services, or B2B solutions is advantageous.
