This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Perform outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
• Identify and evaluate prospective clients within target sectors and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• Generate and arrange qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Conduct research on prospects and tailor outreach messages based on the specific needs and challenges of the companies.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and update the sales pipeline regularly.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach tactics and increase conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to outreach activities, meetings scheduled, and pipeline development.
• Stay updated on trends in AI, SaaS products, and competitive solutions.
• Over 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development, or outbound sales position.
• Prior experience in selling or supporting AI SaaS, SaaS platforms, or B2B technology solutions.
• Proficient in cold outreach and lead generation techniques.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Knowledge of sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, or Salesloft.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a KPI-driven sales atmosphere.
