This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will start as a Pipeline Rep, also known as an Opener, with a singular focus: generating pipelines.
β’ Each day, you will convert warm responses from the PREDICT OS β our proprietary AI system for signal-based outbound.
β’ You will actively engage in outbound hunting through our CRM using phone, email, or LinkedIn.
β’ You will schedule Discovery Calls and earn uncapped commissions for your efforts.
β’ You will shadow our CEO during meetings and receive direct coaching.
β’ You will continuously learn and grow in your role.
β’ A clear career path is available for top performers.
β’ After 6 months of strong performance, you will become a Discovery Rep, also known as a Setter.
β’ After another 6 months of outstanding performance in that role, you will advance to a Closer and can earn substantial income.
β’ Your credentials do not matter to us at all.
β’ Previous B2B sales experience is a nice-to-have.
β’ You are young, ambitious, and carry a significant chip on your shoulder.
β’ You have a desire to WIN.
β’ You want to learn high-ticket sales from the best because you understand the relevance of this skill.
β’ You are not afraid of rejection or of working harder than most can imagine.
β’ You are an athlete or have been one.
β’ Physical fitness and discipline are extremely important to you.
β’ You are eager to learn and implement feedback immediately.
β’ You do not wait for perfect clarity β you take action and make adjustments as needed.

β’ Uncapped commission - if you deliver, it will be very lucrative for you, with over β¬100,000+ possible for high performers.
