This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Begin your journey as a Pipeline Representative (also known as Opener) — your primary responsibility is to generate pipeline.
• Daily, you will convert warm responses from PREDICT OS — our unique AI system designed for signal-based outbound strategies.
• You will explore our CRM and engage in proactive outbound efforts via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
• Your role includes booking discovery calls, with compensation based on an uncapped commission structure.
• You will have the opportunity to shadow our CEO during meetings and receive personalized coaching.
• Emphasis on continuous learning, focusing heavily on on-the-job development.

• Formal qualifications are not a priority for us.
• B2B sales experience is a plus.
