This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Begin your journey as a Pipeline Representative (also known as Opener) — your primary responsibility is to generate pipeline.

• Daily, you will convert warm responses from PREDICT OS — our unique AI system designed for signal-based outbound strategies.

• You will explore our CRM and engage in proactive outbound efforts via phone, email, or LinkedIn.

• Your role includes booking discovery calls, with compensation based on an uncapped commission structure.

• You will have the opportunity to shadow our CEO during meetings and receive personalized coaching.

• Emphasis on continuous learning, focusing heavily on on-the-job development.

• A clear career advancement path is available for top achievers.

• Formal qualifications are not a priority for us.

• B2B sales experience is a plus.

• You are ambitious, eager, and highly motivated to establish your presence.

• You have a strong desire to succeed.

• You are keen to learn high-ticket sales techniques from industry leaders, recognizing the importance of this skill.

• You are resilient in the face of rejection and willing to work harder than most can envision.

• You are an athlete or have a background in athletics.

• Physical fitness and discipline hold significant value for you.

• You possess a strong desire to learn and apply feedback promptly.

• You do not rely on a substantial base salary as a safety net.

• You are a native German speaker.
