This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify, source, and qualify new prospects within targeted industries and geographical areas.

• Implement structured outreach through email, phone, and social media channels to ensure a steady influx of high-quality leads.

• Quickly assess customer fit using established qualification criteria (e.g., use case, urgency, business challenges).

• Oversee the initial qualification stages of the sales pipeline, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in opportunity development.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records in the CRM system for all lead-related activities.

• Recognize prospect pain points and effectively communicate Cargobase’s high-level value proposition.

• Align the needs of prospects with the core capabilities of the platform during early discussions.

• Provide precise forecasts regarding lead volumes, qualification rates, and conversion metrics.

• Monitor outreach activities within the CRM and maintain rigorous data hygiene for visibility to Sales Leadership.

• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly goals for qualified opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of managing a high volume of outreach.

• A genuine interest in logistics, technology, or enterprise sales.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and data-driven environment.
