This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify, engage, and convert high-value target accounts utilizing cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various outbound strategies.
• Qualify prospects to ensure a strong alignment of needs with the platform.
• Schedule and conduct engaging product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of the platform solution.
• Take ownership of and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing.
• Maintain and update all interactions with prospects in HubSpot CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Cultivate extensive industry knowledge to establish the company as a trusted advisor.
• Understand customer pain points and customize solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and nurture relationships with partner managers, sales leaders, and revenue teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound enterprise sales, preferably within PRM or CRM.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and closing new business within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience in selling to partnerships/channel sales teams or sales leadership is an advantage.
• No formal degree required – practical sales experience is the key criterion.
• Willingness to travel and support in-person sales events.
• $4K–$5K/month (up to $7K based on experience) plus uncapped commissions on a $2M quota.
• Average OTE: $300K/year.
