This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Establish and enhance B2B performance campaigns β Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads, focusing on outbound lead generation and quantifiable CAC/ROAS.
β’ Design outbound lead campaigns β audience segmentation, crafting ad messaging for B2B decision-makers, and connecting sequences between paid channels and the CRM.
β’ Create clean HubSpot attribution β implement UTM tracking, GA4, conversion events, and fully integrate multi-touch attribution in HubSpot.
β’ Execute SEO & GEO strategies β incorporate technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization as the organic complement to paid efforts.
β’ Actively incorporate AI tools into workflows β enhance campaign analysis, audience insights, and reporting using LLMs and AI agents.
β’ Develop reporting and dashboards β designed not just for aesthetics, but to enable decision-makers to instantly view pipeline costs and outcomes.
β’ Contribute to RoaaS delivery β engage in ongoing retainer mandates and create solutions that integrate into the BEE AI Revenue HUB as templates.
β’ Expert-level SEA proficiency is essential β Google Ads expertise: campaign structure, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and conversion tracking. You will independently manage budgets.
β’ Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Ads β account-based marketing, targeting decision-makers, Sponsored Content, and Lead Gen Forms. You grasp the distinctions between B2B and B2C targeting.
β’ Experience in B2B lead generation β you understand the nuances between B2C performance and B2B decision-maker campaigns. MQL, SQL, and CAC are terms you are well-acquainted with.
β’ Daily use of AI tools β you efficiently utilize LLMs, prompts, and AI assistants in your work, rather than treating them as novelties.
β’ Strong analytical mindset β you interpret data, derive insights, and adjust campaigns based on data without waiting for agency input.
β’ Native-level proficiency in German β you communicate clearly and directly, avoiding marketing jargon.
β’ Preferred: basic knowledge of HubSpot β you can manage contacts, deals, lists, and reports; deeper architectural understanding will be acquired on the job.
β’ Fundamental knowledge of SEO & GEO β you comprehend the impact of generative search engines and how they influence the paid/organic balance.
β’ Familiarity with n8n or a keen interest in automation β if you prefer automating workflows over manual clicking, you are an ideal candidate.
