📋 Description

• We are seeking a B2B Sourcing Manager to establish and expand our sourcing operations in Denmark, playing a vital role in Upway’s European supply strategy.

• Your role is crucial to Upway’s expansion: securing premium second-hand e-bikes from professional partners and developing long-term sourcing relationships that support our European refurbishment and resale activities.

• You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of B2B partners — including manufacturers, retailers, reconditioners, and rental and leasing companies — and will be responsible for acquiring the best e-bikes at competitive prices, with a strong emphasis on volume, quality, and consistency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Develop and Scale Retail Sourcing in Denmark.

• Identify, engage, and onboard independent bike shops and regional retail chains throughout Denmark.

• Convert cold prospects into long-term partners utilizing Upway’s trade-in and sourcing tools.

• Position Upway as a reliable outlet for trade-ins, returns, excess stock, and used e-bikes.

• Unlock Fleet, Rental & Leasing Opportunities.

• Map out the Danish rental, leasing, and fleet landscape, including mobility operators and corporate programs.

• Negotiate both ad-hoc and recurring bulk B2B deals to secure high-quality inventory for Upway’s European operations.

• Identify seasonal and end-of-life fleet opportunities.

• Build Long-Term, Trust-Based Relationships.

• Serve as a dependable and proactive partner in a relationship-focused industry.

• Be comfortable discussing technical specifications with mechanics as well as commercial terms with decision-makers.

• Represent Upway locally while ensuring alignment with European sourcing standards and processes.
