This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Promote Selling Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service sectors.
• Keep abreast of the fintech landscape, industry developments, and product enhancements to establish yourself as a reliable technology advisor.
• Conduct consultative, value-driven presentations both in-person and virtually to showcase how Genius® assists businesses in streamlining payments, enhancing operations, and boosting customer loyalty.
• Work alongside your District Manager to discover new opportunities, arrange appointments, and finalize sales within a quick cycle.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities—comfortable with both face-to-face and virtual sales.
• Energetic, self-driven, competitive, and motivated to surpass targets.
• Professional demeanor and a genuine capacity to engage with business owners.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A minimum of one full year in B2B or B2C outside sales experience.
• Enjoys spending 75% of the time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Must reside within a two-hour commute of the job posting location.
• A propensity to upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the restaurant or retail sectors is an asset.
• Two years of B2B Outside Sales experience is preferred.
