This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will identify appropriate target companies and contacts according to well-defined ideal customer profiles.
• You will conduct research on accounts and prepare tailored outreach strategies.
• You will engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• You will qualify leads and schedule demonstrations for our sales team.
• You will accurately document activities, insights, and next steps in the CRM.
• You will recognize purchasing signals, common objections, and recurring trends in the market.
• You will assist in reactivation, follow-ups, and the establishment of a repeatable outbound process.
• You will help with the preparation and follow-up for trade shows, events, and on-site meetings, converting them into tangible opportunities.
• You will collaborate closely with the founders and the sales team to continually enhance messaging and outreach efforts.
• Some relevant experience in SDR, BDR, sales, recruiting, telemarketing, or other roles focused on outbound activities.
• A fearless approach to cold calling and direct outreach.
• A high level of self-motivation, dependability, and strong execution capabilities.
• A structured work style and disciplined CRM management.
• A willingness to learn, coachability, and a desire to improve in sales.
• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both written and verbal.
• An interest in B2B technology, AI, IT, or complex/technical solutions that require detailed explanations.
• Ideally, a keen interest in trade shows, events, on-site meetings, and in-person B2B networking.
• Compensation includes a base salary plus commission (OTE €45–75k).
• You will have a direct impact on building a genuine pipeline.
