B2B Operations Manager, Food Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operational functions to ensure workflows are efficient, tasks are executed accurately, and deadlines are met.

• Oversee customer orders from the moment they are received until fulfillment, managing deliveries and ensuring all customer specifications are satisfied.

• Liaise with both international and local suppliers concerning procurement, shipment logistics, inventory needs, and delivery timelines.

• Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking, efficient stock movement, and appropriate handling of food items.

• Track stock levels and assist in inventory planning to guarantee product availability and operational stability.

• Prepare, examine, and maintain operational documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, billing records, shipment documentation, and reports.

• Keep precise records related to product details, supplier information, quality standards, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with sales, customer service, logistics, and other internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Assess operational performance and pinpoint opportunities to boost efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety regulations, quality standards, and documentation protocols.

• Contribute to process enhancements and the implementation of operational best practices.

• Undertake additional related tasks and projects as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a comparable field.

• Background in inventory management, order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and operational processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail accompanied by strong organizational and administrative capabilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in the food, FMCG, import/export, or distribution sectors is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with quality standards, traceability, and documentation requirements in a food-related context is advantageous.

• Proficiency in operational systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
