This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Manage an individual new-business target of $1M in new ARR and take ownership of the pipeline that leads you there, whether the prospects originate from marketing or your own outreach efforts.
• Rigorously evaluate every opportunity. Verify suitability, identify the budget holder, and construct a compelling value proposition before dedicating your time. Disqualify swiftly when these elements are absent.
• Conduct value-driven discovery and link our impact to the buyer's actual metrics (such as revenue from social-driven pipeline or the cost savings from our services) before discussing pricing.
• Maintain pricing integrity. We do not offer discounts. You will promote our value at list price and allow unqualified opportunities to pass.
• Maintain a trustworthy forecast. Progress deals based on the buyer's genuine actions rather than mere activity, and ensure your CRM is updated accurately in real time.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success, and involve leadership at appropriate stages for larger transactions.
• You have successfully managed and achieved a full-cycle new-business target at a company of similar size, selling deals in the range of $18k to $60k to senior marketing or revenue stakeholders.
• You evaluate opportunities against a clear standard and can disqualify without hesitation. A straightforward no is a favorable outcome for you.
• You construct value propositions based on the information provided by the buyer, expressed in monetary terms, and can adapt to discussing clicks, reach, and traffic value when hard data is unavailable.
• You maintain pricing and link it to value instead of merely defending it.
• You uphold accurate pipeline data and a truthful forecast, advancing deals based on buyer commitment.
• You proactively generate your own pipeline without relying on leads being provided to you.
• You leverage a modern tech stack effectively, and can specify the AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude) and prospecting tools (like Apollo) you utilize, along with the precise workflows you implement. Be concrete, not abstract.
