This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Regional Growth Engine: Ensure the expansion of Spanish-speaking Latam B2B, particularly in Mexico, through proactive lead generation and heightened brand visibility.
• Outbound Strategy: Develop and implement intricate, multilingual outbound sequences that effectively break through the noise.
• Local Events: Take full ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars within the region.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with performance marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and localized retargeting efforts.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, generate executive-level reports, and suggest optimizations based on data insights.
• Localization & Messaging: Tailor ElevenLabs’ global voice to deeply connect with the business cultures of Latam.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Ownership Pedigree: You have successfully managed marketing projects from inception to completion, holding yourself responsible for the return on investment.
• Entrepreneurial Background: You possess a strong drive and a proven history of high engagement, ideally within an entrepreneurial venture or a similarly high-pressure setting.
