This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Full-Funnel Ownership: Spearhead the B2B growth strategy for Singapore while also addressing aspects of the North Asia markets, taking full responsibility for the pipeline target from lead generation to conversion.
• Outbound Mastery: Establish, oversee, and enhance complex outbound sequences aimed at reaching enterprise decision-makers.
• Event & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute impactful events, webinars, and trade shows from conception to completion.
• Performance & Analysis: Collaborate closely with the performance team on retargeting and account-based marketing (ABM), with a willingness to delve into data to assess effectiveness.
• Creative Content: Develop engaging sales materials, thought leadership articles, and messaging tailored specifically to the regional tech ecosystem.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Identify and coordinate high-quality local partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• The "Owner" Mentality: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from inception to completion while taking full responsibility for outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Ideally, you have either founded a company, contributed to an early-stage startup, or have a history of engaging in high-impact "side projects."
• Chaos Compatibility: You thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess the mental agility to manage multiple intricate workstreams without losing focus.
