This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage customer calls and provide solutions related to their products or services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.

• Education: Technical or University studies.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service, sales, collections, or customer loyalty, either in-person or by phone.

• Proficient in PC usage at a user level.

• Availability to work Full Time at the Surquillo location.
