• Create and maintain high-quality prospect lists utilizing tools such as Apollo, Clay, and various other data sources.
• Establish and oversee the structure of HubSpot CRM: including pipelines, stages, lifecycle logic, properties, views, and object organization (contacts/companies/deals).
• Develop, launch, and manage outbound sequences, primarily focusing on email, with occasional multichannel approaches.
• Set up and uphold the outbound email infrastructure, which includes sending domains, inboxes, warm-up processes, and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Monitor performance and operational KPIs, including deliverability, reply rates, positive reply rates, meeting rates, and conversions into pipeline stages.
• Proficient experience with HubSpot (setup/admin perspective): encompassing pipelines, properties, workflows/automation, imports, and basic reporting.
• Practical experience with outbound tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of deliverability principles: including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, and sending best practices.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills (Sheets/Excel): including data cleaning, transformation, quality assurance, and deduplication logic.
• Ability to operate across multiple tools while maintaining system cleanliness and alignment.
