This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of and implement comprehensive email campaigns, which encompass writing, designing, launching, and refining.
• Oversee multiple campaigns at once, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality expectations, and performance metrics.
• Conduct targeted campaigns aimed at enhancing lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling efforts.
• Evaluate campaign performance (including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and hit rates) and make real-time modifications as needed.
• Create and uphold segmented lists along with targeted messaging founded on customer insights and buyer personas.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective lead transfer and follow-up coordination.
• Maintain and enhance email workflows and nurturing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Guarantee that all campaigns are accurate, well-formatted, and consistent with brand and messaging guidelines.
• Recognize opportunities within the current customer base to boost engagement and increase wallet share.
• Enhance campaign execution through ongoing testing and iterative improvements.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical B2B email marketing experience.
• Demonstrated capability to independently execute and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is essential.
• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Skilled at managing deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A data-driven approach with the capacity to analyze and respond to campaign performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales teams.
• Preferred background in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B settings.
• Familiarity with segmentation, lead scoring, or marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems along with campaign tracking and reporting.
• Experience in supporting upsell and cross-sell campaigns.
