This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing strategies for designated industry sectors, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and pipeline targets.
• Create and execute marketing plans tailored to specific verticals in collaboration with sales, industry leadership, and the partnership team.
• Convert business goals into cohesive demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives that foster a qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, buying groups, and engagement tactics.
• Initiate and oversee multi-channel campaigns that encompass events, digital media, content, public relations, and partner marketing.
• Develop account engagement strategies focused on key accounts and industry verticals.
• Ensure comprehensive campaign execution from planning through to lead flow and conversion.
• Monitor and report on pipeline performance metrics, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and influenced revenue.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously enhance strategies based on data insights.
• Work closely with Marketing Operations on lead management, attribution, and analytics reporting.
• Assist in high-impact industry events, executive programs, and field marketing initiatives.
• Lead and mentor team members while coordinating with cross-functional contributors.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams, including colleagues in Brazil, to synchronize execution and exchange best practices.
• Manage budgets, oversee expenses, and coordinate with vendors.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or vertical marketing, preferably within technology, consulting, or digital services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline growth in enterprise or complex sales settings.
• Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales teams and navigating lengthy buying cycles.
• Strong background in account-based marketing (ABM) and integrated campaign execution.
• Capability to contribute to marketing strategies while executing programs directly.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing marketing team members or coordinating efforts across distributed teams.
• Familiarity with marketing AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services.
