This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Manage the complete troubleshooting process for advertising products via email and chat.

• Identify and resolve issues related to campaigns, platform tools, and product features.

• Work collaboratively with internal Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to address queries.

• Deliver prompt and precise updates to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the user experience from the very beginning.

• Achieve productivity, SLA, and case-handling benchmarks.

• Educate advertisers on features, best practices, and typical issues encountered.

• Maintain proactive and professional communication throughout the case lifecycle.

• Provide insights, trends, and feedback to foster ongoing improvement.

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Turkish.

• Good command of English, approximately at a B2 level.

• Some experience with online campaigns or digital marketing, with a solid understanding of the fundamentals.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and a keen interest in online advertising.

• Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues effectively.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A degree in Marketing or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; practical experience is also valued.
