This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee incoming sales inquiries through email, phone, and Zoom.
• Establish a new pipeline of potential clients through diverse cold outreach strategies.
• Execute structured discovery calls with prospective advertisers and sponsors.
• Monitor performance and pinpoint upsell opportunities based on campaign outcomes.
• Maintain structured and empathetic communication with clients to ensure they feel supported.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, content, and delivery teams to guarantee alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
• Keep records in the CRM system and manage contracts, invoices, follow-ups, and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, account management, advertising sales, sponsorship sales, customer success, or business development.
• Comfortable with making cold calls and sending cold emails.
• Capable of conducting a structured discovery call.
• Skilled at asking insightful questions before making a pitch.
• Understands the importance of selling value rather than just price.
• Possesses a solid understanding of marketing concepts.
• Confident in engaging with C-level executives, marketing managers, educators, therapists, and business owners.
• Able to write clear and professional emails.
• Can quickly research a company to determine if it is a suitable prospect.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up efforts.
• Takes responsibility for outcomes and does not require constant oversight.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Willing to adhere to a defined sales process.
• Driven by revenue growth, client relationships, and delivering outstanding service.
• $2,200 – $3,200 USD/month* Dependent on Experience
• Full-time, fully remote position.
• 20 days of paid time off and 3 sick days off per annum.
