This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Active Prospecting: Seek out and engage potential stores, focusing on Brazilian and Hispanic business owners and managers across the USA.
• Partnership Development: Introduce the company and its offerings with the aim of converting these stores into business partners who will resell our products.
• Scheduling and Conducting Meetings: Arrange calls and deliver impactful presentations designed to secure new partnerships.
• Onboarding and Follow-up: Ensure the successful activation and onboarding of new partners while monitoring ongoing sales to sustain engagement.
• Training: Provide training for the partner's sales staff and wider team on the product, market niche, and the company’s sales methodologies.
• Contribution to Growth: Take an active role in the company's growth, assisting in scaling and expanding operations.
• Contract Preparation: Handle the completion and drafting of partnership agreements for incoming partners.
• Opportunity Management: Utilize the CRM (Kommo) to manage opportunities from prospecting to closing new partnerships.
• Follow-up: Regularly assess all partnership opportunities generated to enhance conversion rates and lead utilization, while tracking the progress of each opportunity and adhering to return/follow-up dates recorded in the CRM (Kommo).
• Proficient in Spanish.
• Demonstrated experience in active prospecting (cold calling, emails).
• Understanding of outbound sales techniques and a consultative selling approach.
• Eagerness and initiative to make a high volume of daily cold calls to uncover new business opportunities and initiate contact with potential clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to deliver sales presentations and calls in a clear and convincing manner.
• Results-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively to achieve set targets.
• Ability to maintain productivity and organization while working remotely (home office).
• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
• Strategic business perspective to enhance internal processes.
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.
• Commission paid in US dollars.
