This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• In the role of Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of a portfolio of accounts.
• You will cultivate strong relationships at various levels within each client, actively identifying and pursuing opportunities for expansion.
• This involves reaching out to new stakeholders within existing accounts, rather than solely managing established relationships.
• Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, you will ensure that customers consistently receive measurable value from TryHackMe, and you will be held accountable for outcomes, not merely activities.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales or revenue-oriented customer success role within a rapidly growing organization (50–500 employees), effectively navigating fast-paced environments.
• A proven history of meeting and exceeding quotas for new business or expansion, prioritizing results over excuses.
• Proven capability in executing cold outreach and generating new pipeline within existing accounts, possessing the determination and perseverance to see it through.
• Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, ChurnZero).
• Comfortable with AI technology and actively integrate it into your daily work.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, exhibiting discipline and consistency in execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and precision in every customer interaction.
• Experience in selling a technical solution; prior experience in cybersecurity training is a significant advantage, with the capacity to quickly adapt to new product knowledge and evolving market dynamics.
• Experience in the B2B sector is preferred.
