This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide customized solutions that meet client requirements.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth possibilities.
• Deliver reports and insights regarding client performance.
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management or business development.
• Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong grasp of B2B customer relationship management.
• Capability to work autonomously and manage several accounts effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Task Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
