AWS Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AWS infrastructure tailored for Amazon Connect environments.

• Deploy and oversee Amazon Connect environments across Development, Staging, and Production phases.

• Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges, and related tools to facilitate deployments.

• Create and sustain Infrastructure as Code modules utilizing Terraform Enterprise.

• Ensure that Terraform code remains maintainable, reusable, and adheres to best practices.

• Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure deployment and updates.

• Integrate Terraform Enterprise with CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.

• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve deployment-related challenges.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and dependable cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Data Bridges.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code through Terraform Enterprise.

• Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of best practices in cloud infrastructure design and deployment.

• Experience in managing deployments across multiple environments including Development, Staging, and Production.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and cloud security practices.

• Experience in Agile and collaborative work environments.
