AWS DevOps – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, enhance, and manage infrastructure as code utilizing Terraform and Terragrunt across Production, QA, and Development environments.

• Develop and implement automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Manage blue/green zero-downtime deployments on AWS ECS Fargate.

• Design, configure, and execute a cross-region disaster recovery strategy.

• Integrate advanced observability frameworks with CloudWatch and X-Ray.

• Model the architecture of components.

• Project costs and licensing over a 5-year period.

• Ensure service continuity and financial viability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in senior DevOps, SysOps, or Cloud Architecture positions.

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines (Required).

• Expertise in AWS (ECS Fargate, Aurora, CloudWatch, X-Ray), AWS CLI, and Docker.

• Practical experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and building pipelines in GitHub Actions.

• Experience in designing and implementing cross-region architectures, disaster recovery plans, and blue/green deployments.

• Knowledge of infrastructure and communication needs in financial or banking sectors.

• Capability to make complex technical decisions and promote infrastructure enhancements with minimal oversight.

• Operational stability and analytical skills to manage critical incidents and maintain platform continuity.

• Ability to align strategies with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.

• Proficiency in Spanish - B2 level.
