This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Influence the future of Workplace Solutions by spearheading strategic planning initiatives that promote long-term growth, profitability, enhancements in customer experience, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Collaborate with senior and executive leaders to formulate, prioritize, and implement transformational initiatives, ensuring that investments and resources are aligned with business objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional programs and projects, coordinating with stakeholders throughout the organization to foster alignment, address dependencies, and achieve results.
• Recognize emerging trends, market opportunities, and business challenges, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance competitive positioning and generate sustainable value.
• Propel organizational change and continuous improvement by leading initiatives that boost business performance, streamline processes, elevate quality, and support future growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships and influence throughout the enterprise, promoting collaboration, achieving consensus, and navigating competing priorities to reach shared objectives.
• Establish and monitor success metrics for strategic initiatives, delivering executive-level insights, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with intended outcomes.
• Foster organizational capability and strategic thinking by providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance that empowers teams to execute effectively in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree).
• Over 10 years of strategic planning experience directly relevant to the specific responsibilities of this position.
• Ability to think critically, analyze information, and evaluate the implications of various courses of action or solutions.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions and presentations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate knowledgeably and credibly with senior management and internal stakeholders.
