This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as an advocate for the customer industry, concentrating on enhancing the customer experience.

• Employ a methodical approach to exposure evaluation, risk assessment, and pricing strategies.

• Leverage risk insights, data, and models to facilitate informed decision-making at the point of sale.

• Engage in market-facing activities and production within the expanding Construction division.

• Oversee and enforce underwriting rules and guidelines, as well as insurance laws, regulations, and rating manual standards.

• Operate within broad parameters and authority on intricate assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 5 or more years of experience in Underwriting or Market Facing roles.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 10 or more years of experience in Claims or Underwriting Support OR completion of the Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice program including an Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in Underwriting or Market Facing roles OR completion of the Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice program including an Associate Degree and 8 or more years of experience in Claims or Underwriting Support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
