AVP Solution Advisory, Healthcare

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team of Solution Advisors that provide support to healthcare customers throughout the sales cycle.

• Collaborate with Sales leaders to enhance pipeline growth, increase win rates, and secure strategic deals.

• Interact with senior executives to identify business challenges and propose impactful solutions.

• Define deal strategies for large, complex opportunities, including demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.

• Create healthcare-specific solution narratives that emphasize compliance, contracting, and operational excellence.

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.

• Ensure consistency and high quality in demonstrations, presentations, and customer interactions.

• Mentor and cultivate talent, fostering strong domain expertise and consultative selling skills within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in pre-sales, solution advisory, or consulting roles in the enterprise software sector.

• Extensive experience in the Healthcare industry, including payer, provider, or life sciences sectors.

• Demonstrated success in supporting and closing large, complex enterprise deals.

• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and facilitate strategic customer discussions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

• Capability to lead and motivate high-performing, distributed teams.

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, AI/automation, or contract management solutions is an advantage.
