This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients and prospects, pinpointing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products and services.
• Engage in outbound sales calls to connect with clients, comprehend their needs, and propose customized solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service and support to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives while complying with regulatory standards and bank policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
• A degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the financial services sector.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Capability to operate independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a capacity for critical and creative thinking.
