This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Guide the team in formulating strategic business plans for National Account clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships at the executive level with hospital and healthcare leaders, key economic decision-makers, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with clients and internal ETH/J&J stakeholders to align customer requirements with organizational capabilities.
• Convert sector and business unit priorities into specific business plans tailored to channels and customers.
• Evaluate customer needs and align internal resources to enhance customer and business results.
• Drive contract pricing, compliance, and execution forward.
• Lead the National Key Account team, consisting of KAM Directors and KAM Managers, to support field contracting strategies, implementation, and performance evaluation.
• Partner with field sales, marketing, finance, and enterprise stakeholders to implement national strategies.
• Develop and mentor directors and managers in business skills, clinical and product knowledge, and leadership practices.
• Provide education and insight concerning national and regional market trends.
• Set objectives and targets, create account metrics, and ensure continuous performance oversight.
• Assist the Vice President of Key Account Management in enhancing key account management capabilities.
• Ensure the coordinated execution of customer solutions through clinical and economic services, programs, and cross-functional resources.
• Over 12 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, finance, or general management/consulting.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management is required.
• Experience in customer management is preferred, with a solid understanding of GPO models.
• Financial acuity, market knowledge, and analytics are required.
• Experience in contract management and negotiation is essential.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare marketplace is required.
• Knowledge of the Medical Device marketplace is preferred.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills are required.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent capability to collaborate with peers, leaders, and senior executives.
• A proven ability to navigate organizational structures and decision-making processes.
• A strong capacity to switch between a big-picture perspective and attention to detail is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Sales incentive compensation program.
• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year.
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
• Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period. 10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
