This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The AVP, Marketing Operations is tasked with establishing and leading the operational foundation that facilitates scalable and high-performing commercial marketing execution throughout the organization.
• Functioning as an internal marketing operations and creative services entity, this position is responsible for the intake process, prioritization, workflow management, creative development operations, campaign coordination, and execution frameworks that support Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Affairs & Communications, and essential business stakeholders.
• Develop the systems, governance, and operating model necessary to convert marketing execution into a coordinated, measurable, and scalable operation.
• Ensure alignment among teams, appropriate prioritization of work, and efficient and effective execution of campaigns.
• Oversee the organization’s creative services capabilities through a team of Art Directors and manage external agency strategies and utilization to guarantee the right resources, workflows, and partners are in place to meet business priorities.
• Success in this role is gauged by operational efficiency, quality of execution, readiness of campaigns, alignment with stakeholders, speed to market, and contribution to commercial results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, agency operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling marketing operations functions and execution frameworks.
• Extensive experience managing integrated campaign operations and cross-functional workflows.
• Experience in leading creative operations or internal agency-style teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with evaluating and managing agency/vendor ecosystems.
• Strong background in operational and process design within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
