This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead organization-wide financial strategy initiatives that promote sustainable growth, operational excellence, and the creation of long-term value.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and regional business leaders on strategic initiatives and performance enhancements.
• Create financial frameworks and business cases for strategic investments and enterprise transformation.
• Provide counsel to senior executives regarding the financial implications of strategic business choices.
• Oversee enterprise financial modeling, strategic planning, capital allocation, long-range forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and financial performance metrics at the executive level.
• Analyze P&L performance drivers to identify opportunities for profitability, efficiency, and ROI.
• Deliver executive reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Formulate and execute corporate development and acquisition strategies alongside the Chief Growth Officer.
• Conduct financial evaluations and due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Construct financial models, valuation analyses, sensitivity analyses, and investment scenarios.
• Manage financial workstreams across opportunity assessment, diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, integration planning, and post-close value realization.
• Prepare executive presentations, investment committee materials, board-level analyses, and strategic recommendation documents.
• Oversee financial integration planning and track milestones, synergies, and financial performance.
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and execution risks during the integration process.
• Forge partnerships across Finance, Operations, Strategy, Clinical Leadership, Legal, Human Resources, and external advisors.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving various business units and executive stakeholders.
• Promote analytical rigor, continuous improvement, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategic finance, management consulting, or a combination thereof.
• Proven experience leading complex mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions from evaluation to integration.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Experience in crafting executive-level financial presentations and investment proposals.
• Demonstrated success in leading organization-wide strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Exceptional skills in executive communication, presentation, and influence.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional certifications.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare services, value-based care, provider organizations, or payer environments.
• Preferred: Experience supporting private equity-backed healthcare organizations or high-growth healthcare companies.
• Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, value-based care economics, and provider operations.
• Executive-level financial strategy and business acumen.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and capital allocation analysis.
• In-depth understanding of mergers and acquisitions, transaction execution, and integration planning.
• Strong grasp of corporate finance, strategic planning, and enterprise performance management.
• Ability to convert complex financial information into actionable business recommendations.
• Executive presence with the capability to influence senior leaders and governance committees.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills tailored for executive and board audiences.
• Strong project leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
• Base salary range of $158,804.00 to $238,207.00.
