📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop an engineering team while facilitating recruitment, hiring, and career advancement.

• Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities and deliver impactful features.

• Drive the technical strategy and architectural decisions, ensuring aspects of scalability, reliability, and security are met.

• Oversee the entire delivery process from design to deployment while advocating for robust engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.

• Foster operational excellence and continuous improvement through monitoring, incident response, post-mortems, and data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management or technical leadership positions.

• Proficient in at least one backend programming language (such as Python or C#), along with experience in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching technologies.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms and event-driven architectures.

• A proven history of building, leading, and scaling high-performing engineering teams.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, distributed systems within production settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

• Background in financial services, fintech, payments, or other regulated sectors, preferably with exposure to Banking-as-a-Service or financial technology platforms.

• Experience with high-availability, high-throughput transaction processing systems.
