Senior Zoho Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance sophisticated solutions utilizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.

• Architect and implement intricate technical solutions based on business requirements, overseeing the process from development to testing and deployment.

• Establish and maintain integrations between Zoho and external platforms through APIs, webhooks, and various integration technologies.

• Create automations and workflows aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing manual tasks.

• Diagnose existing applications, pinpoint root causes, and deliver reliable long-term solutions.

• Leverage AI-powered development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to boost development speed and productivity.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to convert operational challenges into viable, scalable technical solutions.

• Ensure that solutions are secure, maintainable, well-documented, and conducive to long-term business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 4 years of direct experience with Zoho development.

• Advanced proficiency across the Zoho ecosystem, particularly in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and workflow automation.

• Demonstrated ability to independently architect, develop, and deliver complex Zoho solutions within a production environment.

• In-depth knowledge of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

• Proven experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies in actual development workflows.

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, including solution architecture, code quality, security, testing, and maintainability.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage projects from inception to completion.

• Excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Nice to have: experience with Python and/or JavaScript.

• Nice to have: experience integrating Zoho with NetSuite, ERP systems, or other enterprise applications.

• Nice to have: experience in developing AI agents, AI-driven workflows, or advanced business automations.

• Nice to have: experience creating technical solutions for cross-functional business operations.
